Eastbourne Borough Football Club are delighted to announce that Danny Bloor has been named Vanarama National League South Manager of the Month for November
From 5 league games in November, Eastbourne Borough won 4 , drew 1 as well as knocking out league leaders Ebbsfleet United in the FA Trophy and a win in the Sussex Senior Cup too.
November was a great month for the club.
Danny, his management team and his players all individually and as a team worked tirelessly to turn some disappointing results around the previous month and November was the result of their hard work and dedication.
Bloor said “ this is an award that is not for myself, but is really for all my management team.
My Assistant Manager Ben Austin and
my coaches Nick Arnold, Teddy Bloor, and Darren Teague.
My goalkeeping coach Dean Lightwood, our physios Chris Dumbrell and Ray Tuppen, the kitmen Lewis Robinson and Damian Karchinski and Dan Ford, our Scout who does all of our analysis of the opposition.
These guys could not work any harder for our club and without all of them I could not do mine.
The award is in my name, but I want to give it to my whole management team.”
Bloor has overseen a solid start to December with Borough again beating league leaders Ebbsfleet on Tuesday night.
The team are back in action at home tomorrow afternoon against Bracknell Town in the next round of the FA Trophy. Come and cheer them on – Kick Off 3pm
