Eastbourne Borough FC are delighted to announce that Eastbourne MG have continued their partnership with The Sports as short sponsors for season 2023/24.

With their showroom located at the heart of our community at Langney Shopping Centre, the prestigious MG badge will be visible on both the home and away shorts as the Sports embark on their new journey under the ownership of Simon Leslie.

It’s also a very exciting time for Eastbourne MG,  who have recently rebranded to become part of The Jermyn Motor Group. This significant milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for them, as they embark on a journey of growth and transformation under the leadership of their new Managing Director, Ben Smith.

When asked about the new partnership, Alan Williams, CEO of Eastbourne Borough Football Club said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Eastbourne MG.  Our new partnership has some exciting new elements which include hosting our first ever motor show for Eastbourne MG here at the club.

“We will also be providing a Family Ticket admitting 2 Adults + 2 Children to a league game for Eastbourne MG to present to customers purchasing a new or used car for the duration of the contract.

“They are long-standing supporters of the club and we are excited to have them on board once again as we look to make significant progress both on and off the pitch.”

Ben Smith, Managing Director of Jermyn Motor Group, emphasizes the partnership’s significance: “Our sponsorship of Eastbourne Borough Football Club signifies our dedication to community growth and shared values,” he said. “We believe in the potential of this partnership and are excited to contribute to the club’s continued success.

“This deal marks a significant collaboration that underscores the mutual commitment to community and sports.”

The timing of this collaboration aligns perfectly with Eastbourne Borough Football Club and Eastbourne MG’s transformative phase, marked by new management and substantial investments that promise a bright future for both businesses.
