Eastbourne Borough are excited to announce the signing of Yahaya Bamba from Isthmian Premier side Cray Wanderers.

Bamba, 24, is a forward player with bags of pace and promises to be an exciting addition to Adam Murray’s side ahead of tomorrow’s match with Hemel Hempstead Town.

He joined Cray Wanderers in 2022, and has been a virtual ever-present this campaign for the Wands.

“With the news Leone was leaving us, we had to move quickly,” said boss Murray.

“We’ve been looking at Yahaya for a while now, and he will bring in a lot of pace, a lot of energy and a hunger to succeed.

“He came in to train for the first time today and I am sure he will play a big part in the final eleven games for us.”

Previously with Phoenix Sports, Yahaya made a huge impact when signing for Sevenoaks Town in March 2021, and scored 10 goals in 9 games to help Sevenoaks steer clear of relegation from the Isthmian South-East.

He will wear number 28 for the Sports and is available for selection for tomorrow’s match against Hemel.

Welcome to Priory Lane, Yahaya!
