Eastbourne Borough Women will know local bragging rights are up for grabs when they face local rivals Eastbourne Town in a cup semi-final tonight.

With a place in the Eastbourne FA Chairman’s Cup Final up for grabs, the Sports will be hoping to get one over on their neighbours.

Borough were 5-1 winners when the two teams met in the Sussex County Women & Girls Football League Premier back in January, and Billy Wood’s side will be searching for a repeat of that result.

Abbie Tucker and Charlotte Gurr both scored twice, with Kellie Larkin also on target for the Sports.

A Cup Final against Newhaven will be the reward for the winner, and Borough know they will need to be up for the fight.

Kick off is 7.45pm at Priory Lane, and entry is FREE.

The tea bar will be open from 7pm, serving Hot Dogs and Chips as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks throughout the game.
