The past half-term break has seen record numbers of local children attend our popular Holiday Soccer Schools, with an astonishing 262 boys and girls of all abilities taking part in our mixed, girls and disability courses!

Priory Lane welcomed 71 children alone on day one, with lots of football fun and activities enjoyed in a variety of weather throughout the three days.

Then last week we ran our Girls Football Course on Monday & Tuesday followed by our Disability Soccer School on Wednesday which attracted a best ever total of 23 local youngsters enjoying the beautiful game.

Lots of goals scored, exciting games and drills delivered and plenty of Course Certificates, Player Awards & Easter freebies given out to round off a brilliant two weeks of quality football fun for our local community.

Community Manager Tim Brown was thrilled with how popular the latest courses were.

He said: “To see so many new faces coming along to play football here at Priory Lane is just fantastic!

“The buzz and excitement around the stadium this Easter has been the best ever, and so a massive thank you to our amazing Community Coaching team for delivering such an excellent variety of courses for our local children.”

Coming soon will be details on our upcoming May Soccer Schools which you can book online via ebfc.co.uk
