Eastbourne Borough are excited to announce the signing of Jason Adigun on loan from National League side Dagenham & Redbridge.

The attacking midfielder joins the Sports for the rest of the 2024/25 campaign, and is available for selection ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Slough Town.

Adigun, 21, joined Dagenham in the summer after his release from Charlton Athletic – where he had come through the Academy from the age of 12.

He had his first taste of senior football when he joined Welling United on loan last season, scoring 2 goals and providing 8 assists in just 17 games.

“I’m really excited about getting Jason in the building,” said boss Adam Murray.

“He had an excellent goal contribution at Welling last season with assists and goals – proving that he can create things and make things happen.

“We feel he can bring that to us in the second part of the season and I look forward to seeing what he can do.”

The young attacker made his National League debut this month, coming off the bench in Dagenham’s 2-0 win away at Ebbsfleet United. He joins the Sports having previously had a loan spell at Tonbridge earlier this season – scoring on his debut against Hampton back in September.
