Eastbourne Borough Women have been crowned Champions of the Sussex County Women & Girls Football League Premier Division after results over the weekend.

The Sports were due to face Horsham, but with the opposition forfeiting the game, Chris Day’s side sealed the league title with the three points.

It’s been an unprecedented season over all fronts for the Women, who are still yet to concede in the League whilst also having a 100% record in competitive action this season.

That includes in cup competitions as well, where they have already won the Sussex FA Women’s Trophy and are in the Final of the Eastbourne FA Chairman’s Cup and Semi-Final of the SCWGFL League Cup.
