Notice is hereby given of the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of Eastbourne Borough Football Club CIC, to be held at Langney Sports Club, Priory Lane, Eastbourne, East Sussex at 7.30 pm on the 31st March 2025.

Written notification will be provided in due course to those Members who requested this method of communication.

All Members (shareholders) or their proxies, or in the case of corporate or charity members their duly authorised representatives, are entitled to attend and vote.

1. Welcome by the Chairman.

2. Apologies for Absence.

3. Minutes of AGM of 15th April 2024. Matters arising, unless dealt with elsewhere.

4. Chairman’s Report.

5. External Accountants’ Report, Accounts and Financial Report.

6. Election of Directors

The following Directors retire by rotation, but nominate themselves for re-election, in accordance with the Articles of Association:

Registered Office (above), by the latest, midday on the 17th March 2025. Note however;

The Football Association, under the “Fit Persons” policy, must approve any nominations before appointment and prior to taking up their role on the Board.

Any new Director is required to provide various personal details, for submission to and vetting by, The Registrar of Companies, before appointment and prior to taking up their role on the Board.

7. Discussion regarding/appointment of External Accountants.

8. Any Other Business. As received by the Company Secretary in writing, at the Registered Office (above), by the latest, midday on 17th March 2025.

The Board of Directors would like to remind shareholders that EBFC CIC are a minority shareholder in EBFC 2023.
