Eastbourne Borough FC hosted UK Coaching’s, ‘How to coach disabled people in sport’ course on Sunday 25th June.
Coaches from Eastbourne ABC, Brighton and Hove ABC and Turners ABC (Camberley) took a deeper dive in to coaching strategies to enable greater skilful delivery to members with disabilities within boxing.
Eastbourne ABC Chairman Adam Haniver said: “We have many members at our club with a variety of disabilities, so it’s vital that we consistently upskill ourselves to meet the needs of everyone that joins us.
“Today was a very professionally run and enjoyable course supporting us to allow everyone to thrive at our club. Thank you to Eastbourne Borough FC for providing the facilities today for the course.”
