The 21-year-old is a powerful, physical forward who promises to add a different dimension to the Borough front line this coming season after joining on a season-long loan from Peterborough United. Aderoju joined Peterborough in January 2024 from Biggleswade, where he caught the eye after scoring 12 goals in as many games. He made his EFL debut a month later against Wycombe Wanderers, before he joined National League Boston United on loan at the start of last season. After making 22 appearances, he then joined Farnborough on loan in January 2025 – but that spell was cut short due to injury.
