The 19-year-old midfielder joined in February on an initial one-month loan from EFL League Two side Forest Green Rovers. The box-to-box playmaker is no stranger to Borough fans after a loan spell from AFC Wimbledon was cut short after 11 games having been recalled by his parent club.

Bendle made 17 first team appearances for the Dons having joined in 2021, and left for Forest Green Rovers in the summer.
