Harley, 21, is a forward who graduated from the Borough Academy. He is known for his goal-scoring ability and will add depth to Eastbourne Borough’s attacking options.

Scored his first senior goal for the Sports with a stoppage time equaliser against Dorking Wanderers in August 2024. Spent a period of last season on loan at Hastings United.
